These terms govern your use of the services provided by Plan B LLC (“we,” “us”). By using our services or agreeing to them in a service agreement, you accept these terms.
Our services
We provide AI phone and text assistants for small businesses, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, business interviews used to set up the assistant, and customer follow-up. Details, pricing, and scope are set out in your service agreement.
AI disclosure and recording
Our assistants identify themselves as AI at the start of each call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed after notice and agreement. You can ask for a human at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, and review the summary we send before your assistant goes live.
- Tell us promptly when your hours, prices, or policies change.
- Use the services lawfully, and do not use them to harass, deceive, or send unsolicited messages.
Text messaging terms
- Plan B LLC sends text messages for scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and replies to your requests, to people who have agreed to receive them.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement.
Disclaimers
AI assistants can make mistakes. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that every call or message will be handled correctly or that any particular number of leads or bookings will result. The services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Plan B LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
