What we do
AI front desk
When a call goes unanswered or comes in after hours, our assistant picks up, answers common questions, and books the appointment on your calendar. You keep your existing phone number. Calls you answer yourself are not affected.
Business interviews
To set up an assistant, we first learn how your business works: your hours, services, prices, and the questions customers ask most. An AI-assisted phone interview collects this from you in about fifteen minutes. We then send you a written summary, and nothing goes live until you confirm it.
Lead follow-up
We text new inquiries quickly and can ask satisfied customers for a review after a job is done.
How our calls work
Our assistants always say at the start of a call that they are an AI assistant, and they tell you who they are calling or answering for.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you before recording begins and ask for your agreement. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so and we will continue without recording or connect you with a person.
You can ask for a human at any time during a call.
Text messaging program
Plan B LLC sends text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. These messages support the services above.
What the messages are
Appointment and interview scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send unrelated promotions.
How you agree to receive them
You agree to receive text messages from Plan B LLC when you provide your mobile number and accept our service agreement, which includes a text messaging consent checkbox. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to purchase any service.
